Nollie
An ollie popped from the nose of the board.
Imagine your skateboard is a seesaw. For a regular ollie, you push the tail down. For a Nollie, you're still moving forward, but you use your FRONT foot to push the NOSE down. It's like an ollie, but backwards in how you pop!

👟 Foot Positioning
Front Foot (Popping Foot)
Place the ball of your front foot on the center of the nose, ready to pop down.

Back Foot (Sliding Foot)
Your back foot should be positioned in the middle of the board, slightly towards your heel-side edge, ready to guide and level out the board.

Setup
Roll forward with your feet in the nollie position. Really focus on putting your weight onto your front foot, loading the nose.
Pop
Snap the nose down hard with your front foot and jump. Think about pushing the nose forward and down into the ground.
Slide & Guide
As the board comes up, use your back foot to guide it and level it out in the air. This sliding motion is shorter than a regular ollie.
Land
Bring your feet back over the bolts and land, bending your knees to absorb the impact.
Golden Tip!
Think of it less as a 'slide' and more of a 'pull' with your back foot to guide the board. The pop from the front foot does most of the work.
⚠️ Common Mistakes
Not getting enough pop: You need to put more weight on your front foot and pop harder.
Board doesn't level out: Focus on the 'pulling' motion with your back foot.
Board turns backside or frontside: Keep your shoulders perfectly parallel with the board throughout the entire motion.
