1

Wind Up

Before you pop, wind up your shoulders in the opposite direction of the spin.

2

Pop and Turn

Pop the board and start turning your shoulders and hips in the frontside direction. Your body leads and the board follows.

3

Mid-air

Keep the board under your feet as you rotate. Your front foot will guide the board through the spin.

4

Land

Land on all four wheels, preferably over the bolts, and bend your knees. You will be rolling switch (in your non-dominant stance).

💡

Golden Tip!

Your head and shoulders lead the rotation. Where you look is where you will go.

⚠️ Common Mistakes

⚠️

Not completing the 180-degree rotation: You need to turn your shoulders more.

⚠️

Landing on the nose: Try to keep your weight more centered.

⚠️

Board flies away: You are likely pushing the board away instead of jumping with it.
