Rayssa Leal Advances to Semi-Finals at São Paulo World Skateboarding Championship

Brazilian skateboarder Rayssa Leal has secured a spot in the semi-finals of the World Skateboarding Championship in São Paulo, with a score of 55.63, placing her fourth in the quarter-finals. We celebrate her achievement and wish her the best of luck in the competition.

Rayssa Leal Shines in São Paulo

On Friday, 6th, Rayssa Leal, the 18-year-old Brazilian skateboarder, guaranteed her spot in the semi-finals of the World Skateboarding Championship held at Parque Cândido Portinari in São Paulo. Her line, which scored 55.63 by the judges, was the fourth best in the quarter-finals. She was preceded by Japanese skaters Ibuki Matsumoto (57.94) and Coco Yoshizawa (56.66), and French skater Lucie Schoonheere (56.77).

This competition marks the second event Rayssa has participated in since turning 18. Previously, in February, she won the title at the Sydney leg of the Street League Skateboarding (SLS).
